Inspection work of raw materials,components of NGs, and quality tracking
Assisting suppliers'production and process, make quality improvement
In view of the NGs caused by supplier or materials, promptly notify the supplier, present 8D report requirements when necessary, track the effectiveness of corrective actions
To follow up customer's complaints ,track the usage of raw materials and improve
Supplier Quality system maintenance and update, conduct internal audit and management review, customer audit
Responsible for supplier team management and operation, to work in incomplete link for improvement and training, improve the quality consciousness of supplier
Supplier annual audit
Supplier claim tracking
College degree or higher with at least 5 years quality management related work experience.
Well knowledge about IATF16949/VDA6.3 system with solid onsite quality management experience.
Experience with supplier complaint handling is preferred.
Experience with automotive interior product process is preferred.
Team work attitude and work hard.
Working proactive and initiative, good education, organized.
