Continental Scrum Master - Embedded Software (Reusable Modules) in Singapore, Singapore

Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices;
Enable the team to self-organize;
Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments;
Assess the Maturity of the team;
Build a trusting and safe environment;
Facilitate discussions, decision making and conflict resolution;
Facilitates team meetings and agile ceremonies;
Help organization for adopting an Agile Mindset;
You will work closely with other Value Responsible/ Agile Teams in Europe and Asia;
Degree/Masters in Computer Science/Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline, preferably with experience in software subsystem integration
Good project and time management skills;
Very good organizing and communication skills;
Experience in managing agile frameworks;
Experience in coaching, facilitation and conflict resolution;
Experience in working in a large-scale distributed project;
Experience in working in international & multi-cultural environments;
Good to have:
Knowledge in embedded software development;
Scrum Master certification is a plus;
