Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Support the development of the Manufacturing Concept based on product architecture and requirements matching them to state of the art production processes and technologies;

• Support the development of operations quotes for industrialization based upon product requirement, lean principles, robust processes;

• Support the coordination and tracking of project activities;

• Plan and execute of prototype trial builds;

• Create a material, information flow design and value stream design;

• Support on the fulfillment of the target capacity;

• Create solutions for parts presentation and material handling from the lean cell elements;

• Support in the layout alignment for new projects;

• Oversee the implementation of the equipment and processes necessary for the product;

• Maintain of Bill of Materials (BOM) in SAP productive system;

• Create and maintain routings in SAP productive system;

• Provide immediate support to production issues related to BOMs and routing structure;

• Provide and promote continuous improvements for products and processes and projects in his/her area of responsibility.

• Bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering is preferred but any related field will be considered);

• Experience in a Production environment of at least 2 years.

• At least 3 years experience in the automotive or consumer electronics industry in a variety of functions.

• Communication and presentation skills;

• Organizational and time management skills;

• Capable to interact with international teams, knowledge of English;

• Experience in intercultural projects is preferred.
