Continental Special Project Manager (based on Project) in San Luis Potosí - Tires, Mexico

Responsible for Coordinating engineering development for utilities with external suppliers, design validation, and construction management for new buildings and equipment foundations. Coordination of all functions needed to fully execute both building and equipment installation and ramp-up. Fully budget responsible for Projects with approved amount of 22 mio Euros.
Bachelor's degree: Civil, Mechanical eng. or similar
Project Management skills (expert):
Roll-out of standards and/or strategic projects
Expansion projects and construction management
Several years experience in similar position
Advanced Knowledge in civil works, construction management and equipment foundation
Knowledge:
Utilities installation (steam, power supply, etc.)
Engineer and design development
Structural mechanical analysis
Experience in Handling documentation for construction permits
Contractors and supplier's experience
Advanced English
