Ensure operations of inbound warehouses (Raw Material Warehouse, NPM warehouse and scrap warehouse) under consideration of quality, cost, quantity and timing targets.
'- Establish, implement and control proceses for all warehouse functions according to Continental Quality Management.
Initiate and lead optimisation measurements of existing warehousing and processes.
Plan, develop and consult new procedures to warehouse team (with or w/o service provider)

Warehouse layout planning and optimization
Inbound delivery planning and optimization
'- Regular Inventory taking activities including necessary reportings
- Monitor inventory age and structure

- Coordination of team or service provider under consideration of existing processes (reclamation, delivery quantity, warehouse strategies…)
'- Implementation of external warehouse management
