Continental Working Student - Backoffice Inbound Supply Chain Management within Group Purchasing (m/f/d) - REF52858L in Hannover, Germany

To support our team at the location Hanover in the field of Inbound Supply Chain Management, we are looking for a working student (m/f/diverse) for a duration of 12 months starting by September and with a working time of 20 hours per week.
Your main tasks will comprise
Support EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) central key user team in day to day operations.
Support with EDI trainings for suppliers and plants
Set-up technical connection of new EDI suppliers
Responsible for monthly Power BI report to identify new potential EDI connections
Project work, e.g. market screening for alternative EDI tool
Support expert team with standard reporting tasks and data analysis on request
Present “Tips and Tricks segment” in monthly Raw Material Purchasing call
Additional areas for back office support
RMDP (Raw Material Demand Planning) process
Stock management
Global supply chain set-up and risk management
Raw material warehouse management
Take up own projects after onboarding and training is completed
Students of Business Administration, Operations & Supply Chain Management, Business Information Systems or similar field of study
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
Preferable knowledge of SAP R/3, SAP BW and Power BI
Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
Analytical mindset with passion for processes and systems
Presentation skills
