Job Description

  • Coordination of Supplier Quality Activities with BA Plant Supplier Quality

  • Interface Function to Group Sector Supplier Quality Management

  • Coordination of the operational Supplier Quality Planning within the BA

  • Coordination of Supplier Performance Management and Improvement (incl. Supplier Escalations)

  • Drive improvement Projects with Plant Supplier Quality

  • Definition of CT Supplier Quality Requirements

  • Coordination/control/execution of CT Supplier Audit Management

  • Control and coordination of CT Supplier Escalations

  • Control/execution of Supplier Quality Planning (APQP & PPAP-tracking)

  • Monitoring & Improvement of Supplier Quality Performance

  • In collaboration with the respective Central SQM (coordinator of plant SQA)

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree, e.g. in the field of Engineering or equivalent.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.

  • Management experience preferably in Quality or Manufacturing

  • Experience and methodological competence in the field of Quality Management

  • Supplier communication experience

  • Experience in technical problem solving, customer requirements application

  • Strong leadership skills (team skills, conflict, management, networking)

  • Experience with intercultural communication (e.g.. internally across locations, international customers, international suppliers).
