Continental ESH Coordinator (Greenfield) in Aguascalientes, Mexico

Managing ESH by safeguarding the ESH Management System to sustainably ensure & improve compliance with ESH-related requirements and to sustainably improve the ESH performance and foster the ESH network and culture at the new Greenfield location.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental science, Safety management, Occupational health, or a related engineering field.
At least 3 years experience as a ESH Specialist, engineer or coordinator.
Internal auditor: according ISO19011 on ISO 45001 (Occupational Heath & Safety) and/or ISO 14001 (Environment).
Knowledge in:
Mexican ESH-related legislation (SEMARNAT, STPS, IMSS, CNSNS, Protección Civil, etc.)
Problem solving and incident handling (e.g. tap root champion)
Equipment and processes: ESH regulations and standards.
Experience in:
Working in new Operations Industry
Ensuring compliance with ESH regulations and standards
ESH related audit management
Developing and implementing ESH policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, audits, inspections, regulatory inquiries and manage incidents
Advanced English.
